Tiger Woods has decided to get professional help. After being arrested for driving under the influence in Florida last month, Woods announced on Monday that he is receiving help for how he deals with his back pain and sleep disorder, primarily through the medications he uses to control those issues.

“I’m currently receiving professional help to manage my medications and the ways that I deal with back pain and a sleep disorder,” Woods wrote on Twitter. “I want to thank everyone for the amazing outpouring of support and understanding especially the fans and players on tour.”

Woods was arrested in May in Jupiter, Florida, on suspicion of DUI at 3 a.m. when he was found by officers asleep at the wheel of his vehicle. The car was pulled over to the side of the road with two wheels in traffic and damage to both bumpers.

When he was taken to the police station, Woods blew a 0.00 on two Breathalyzer tests and later said he had an unexpected reaction to prescribed back medications. He told the arresting officers that he was on four painkillers; when he was at the police station, Woods also told officers he was on Xanax.

Woods is currently in the middle of resting and rehabilitating his lower back after undergoing a fourth back surgery. He has not played since February when he withdrew from the Dubai Desert Classic in Round 2.
